Anybody know of any free video hosting scripts?

I'm looking for a decent, open-source script that uses either php or javascript( or ajax for that matter) that can plugin to an existing website that will allow users to upload, share, post, etc videos on the website. I'd like one that does not require many server depencies beyond your typical php, mysql, perl, python setup. I've been googling like crazy looking for something that will fit my needs. But, I really feel like I need some direction on this one from someone who has experience using one or more scripts of this nature. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
