Gemini guy won't stop staring at me?

How do you know he's a Gemini?...maybe he's "staring" at you because he's creeped out that you know so much about him even though you have never talked to him...either that or you keep looking at him...OR he has a lazy eye and he's actually looking at your hotter friend.
