Link - www.*****.com/#!_ -keeps changing to- www.*****.com/#%21_ Help?

I need a link to go to http://www.*****.com/#!_bada-boom. In most of the places I'm trying to put this link, it changes it to http://www.*****.com/#%21_bada-boom. It has something to do with ajax fragments? I just want to know where and what to enter into the html to make it work. Any suggestions?
