Should I try to pursue this, even though he's moving?

My best friend's little brother and I have always been friends, but recently I've started to think more of him. I know for a fact that he likes me. He is so adorable, and sweet and funny. His family is amazing. I would really like to try and spend more time with him. But, he and his family are moving states away from me in two weeks. He is also a year and a half younger than me. I just turned 17, and he'll be 16 soon. Even though they're moving, I'll be going to visit them on breaks and from time to time since I'm so close to all of them. I would really like to try to make it work, after seeing his perspective on it. What are your opinions?
