File upload with jQuery and PHP (need help)?

Hi, sorry that I'm so annoying, but I recently found out how cool and useful jQuery is, but I'm not good at it and that's why I'm so annoying...anyhow...Here is my question: how can I make a file uploader with jQuery/AJAX?? Please help me.
