3ds Max 2012 Perspective view port object not showing?

I barely installed 3ds max 2012 the other day and I am new to 3ds max. every viewport is working besides the perspective viewport try everything to my knowledge and cannot find the solution. Does anyone know what is going on and what I can do to fix this. Thanks to any help
