How do Americans that think Muslims have no right to hate America explain Operation Ajax?

You can give Americans all the examples and evidence you want, truth is they plain won't believe it. They would prefer the lies they have been fed. Most Americans do not even know 1/3 of what the US government does internationally. They still believe in rainbows and sunshine.
