Slowing my horses canter?

Try making sure he's collected when you go into the canter, I had this same problem a while ago. Talking in a calm voice helps, and try turning him in a full circle when you get to the corner of your arena, that helped me alot. I know clinton anderson says to just keep cantering them, becuse eventually He'll get tired ;)
